Why Us?

“Odera” is an Igbo word meaning “destiny” or “He has written.” As a first generation Nigerian-American passionate about international human rights law, our founder, U.D. Nnamdi, gained acceptance to Columbia Law School and proved that the so called “softs” of your application- essays and resume- make a world of difference for diverse graduate school applicants.

After launching her Youtube channel, “BLAM: Black Law Applicants Matter,” U.d. decided to leverage her skills and years of experience conducting in depth essay and resume editing to provide her services to people of color looking to gain acceptance to the graduate school program or job of their dreams.

By providing personalized, detailed, and quality review and editing services with a quick turn around, Odera Professional Development Services is committed to helping you realize your academic and professional destiny.
